Online Registration Form

There is a one-time only $10 Registration fee for a new female student to the studio.
A $15 Supplies fee for each dance “Boys Class.”
Enclose a payment ($25 deposit) & Registration Fee ($10) then bring
or mail to the studio.
Registration Envelopes are available on our front door. You can register at any time.
Payment must be received to guarantee your placement.
You will receive a phone call within a week to place you in the correct age & level.
